"Thank you so much for your quick response. I could hardly wait to open the TERRELL envelope, and when I did ----! Have you ever felt the excitement of finding someone after a years long search? Your letter was the Jackpot for me." Member #132
"My wife, Irene, recently received a newspaper clipping from her cousin in Saginaw MI on 'Evolution of Names', featuring the TERRELL families in the US including TYRRELL. The TERRELL SOCIETY was noted as being the source of further information. My father, Harvey Nestlor Soule TYRRELL died 1923 age 65 in Berkeley CA. He came from NYC or Jersey City, worked his way west around Cape Horn as a seaman on a sailing vessel around 1890. My mother, brother, and sisters are all deceased. If you have any information on this branch of TYRRELLS or can point me to a reliable source, I would be appreciative." Member #136
"From May 19, 1986 Antique Week I note that your society held a reunion July 19 near Clear Creek CA. I am grandson of a lady who was very proud of her TERRELL descent. She was Martha Elizabeth BAINES Stiles whose mother was Virginia TERRELL. She and her family returned to TX from CA in 1904. There have been 105 of her descendents--95 still living--most in south TX. I would be interested in adding to the Terrell Family genealogy information that I have." Member #137
